Gun lobby president to speak at Harvard

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. (AP) -- National Rifle Association President David Keene is set to speak at Harvard's John F. Kennedy Jr. Forum.

Keene is scheduled to talk with CNN chief national correspondent John King Wednesday evening at the school's Institute of Politics in Cambridge.

Keene has become a public voice for the powerful gun rights group in a raging national debate on gun control following the mass shooting at an elementary school in Newtown, Conn. Twenty children and six educators were killed in the Dec. 14 shooting.

Tickets to the event have been sold out for two weeks. The forum will be live streamed.
